Return and Refund Policy

Upon receiving the order, if you find anything missing or damaged from your order, please contact our customer service email (customerservice@grandpaclonecustom.com) for replacements or refund.

Standard Shipping is supported by the post system. According to experience, this shipping method could take 15-40 working days on average. We are not responsible for any delay after the package lands in your country. Please be reminded that custom clearance and local post service may cause delay in package delivery.

We strongly suggest our customers to choose DHL/Fedex shipping when placing a large order (e.g., over $100) to insure that the package would not be lost during transport. Standard Shipping is economic while sometimes not as reliable as DHL/Fedex. In principle, we do not offer refund in the case where a standard shipping package is lost.
