Return and Refund Policy

Upon receiving the order, if you find anything missing or damaged from your order, please contact our customer service email (customerservice@grandpaclonecustom.com) for free replacements or a refund.

We strongly recommend customers to choose Express Shipping when placing a high value order (orders over $100 USD) because it is more secured than any other methods. While post service is more economic, it is not always reliable as express method. In principle, we do not offer refunds for parcels that is lost by post office. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
