By placing an order, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms, conditions, and policies:
- Upon receiving the order, if you find anything missing or damaged from your order, please contact our customer service email (customerservice@grandpaclonecustom.com) for free replacements or a refund.
- We strongly recommend customers to choose Express Shipping when placing a high value order (orders over $100 USD) because it is more secured than any other methods. While post service is more economic, it is not always reliable as express method. In principle, we do not offer refunds for parcels that are lost during transportation by post service, especially after the parcel has landed in destination country. Please be aware of this before placing your order.
- The customers are eligible to request for a refund if the parcel didn’t get delivered successfully and got sent back to the sender. We will issue a refund to the customer once the parcel gets back in our hands, which may take several weeks due to the rather slow processing speed by post office.
- In the case that the customer provided a wrong address or incomplete address, and resulted in the parcel not delivered successfully, the original shipping fee will be deducted from order’s refund, since it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the address is provided properly.
