Q) How long before my order ships?
A) Orders can take 5-10 working days to be prepared and packed after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once it is shipped.
Q) How is shipping like?
A) We are located in Mainland China and most of our orders are international. Below shipping methods are offered to customers from different regions in the world. All methods are tracked including the cheapest one. Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees that are being charged by your country's customs.
China Post(for non-US customers): An economic shipping method supported by the post system. This shipping method covers most regions in the world, and can take 18-45 days to arrive on average(custom clearance might cause some delays). This is suitable for orders whose total value are below $100 USD. For larger orders we suggest you choose Express Shipping that’s more secured. If you are from USA, please skip this and check USPS method.
USPS(for US customers only): Can take 12-20 days to arrived on average (custom clearance might cause some delays). Insurance is covered. This is suitable for orders whose total value are below $100 USD. For larger orders we suggest you choose Express Shipping that’s more secured.
Express Shipping(DHL/FedEx/UPS): Fast and secured. Insurance is covered. Takes one week to arrive on average. Suitable for hight value orders. Covers most regions in the world.
Free Shipping Over $200 USD: We offer free shipping for orders that are over $200 USD. Shipped with Express Shipping(DHL/FedEx/UPS) by default. Please leave a note when placing your order if you wish to change to post shipping, though we do not recommend this way as it is not insured.
