Q) How long before my order ships?

A) Orders can take 5-10 working days to be prepared and packed.

Q) How long does shipping take?

A) We are located in Mainland China and most of our orders are international. We offer two shipping options in general: 

    (1)Standard Shipping supported by the post system. This shipping method can take 15-40 working days on average(custom clearance may contribute to the delay on delivery)

    (2)DHL/Fedex Shipping. This shipping method takes about 1 week for items to be delivered.

Q) How much will shipping cost?

A) Standard Shipping starts at 5.00 USD and is weight-based. DHL/Fedex Shipping cost 30.00 USD.
