Shipping policy
GCC is based in Hong Kong & Mainland China. It usually takes us up to 5-10 working days to prepare an order and ship it (processing time). Below shipping methods are offered to customers from different regions in the world. All methods are tracked including the cheapest one. Please note that we are not responsible for any import fees that are being charged by your country's customs.
China Post(for non-US customers): An economic shipping method supported by the post system. This shipping method covers most regions in the world, and can take 18-45 days to arrive on average(custom clearance might cause some delays). This is suitable for orders whose total value are below $100 USD. For larger orders we suggest you choose Express Shipping that’s more secured. If you are from USA, please skip this and check USPS method.
USPS(for US customers only): Can take 12-20 days to arrived on average (custom clearance might cause some delays). Insurance is covered. This is suitable for orders whose total value are below $100 USD. For larger orders we suggest you choose Express Shipping that’s more secured.
EU Special(for EU customers only): Can take 10-20 days to arrived on average (custom clearance might cause some delays). Insurance is NOT covered. This is suitable for orders whose total value are below $100 USD/Euro. For larger orders we suggest you choose Express Shipping that’s more secured.
Express Shipping(DHL/FedEx/UPS): Fast and secured. Insurance is covered. Takes one week to arrive on average. Suitable for high value orders. Covers most regions in the world.
Free Shipping Over $200 USD: We offer free shipping for orders that are over $200 USD. Shipped with Express Shipping(DHL/FedEx/UPS) by default. Please leave a note when placing your order if you wish to change to post shipping, though we do not recommend this way as it is not insured.
Prices:
China Post(for non-US customers): Weight-based, starts from $7 USD. Import fees(if any) will be paid by buyers upon custom clearance.
USPS(for US customers only): Weight-based, starts from $11 USD. Import fees paid by sender already.
EU Special(for EU customers only): Weight-based, starts from $8.50 USD. Import fees paid by sender already.
Express Shipping(DHL/FedEx/UPS): Weight-based, starts from $32 USD. Import fees(if any) will be paid by buyers upon custom clearance.
Free Shipping Over $200 USD: Free of charge. However, import fees(if any) will be paid by buyers upon custom clearance.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
